CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERS (CFP) — PRESS ANNOUNCEMENT
A selection of 150 financial journalists were sent a customized package including their name on the front of the box. Enclosed was an invitation to a webinar announcing the launch of the “Acronyms” media campaign. A booklet provided facts and content about CFP assisting the journalists in writing articles. The flip-book concept demonstrated the unlimited customization of each client’s unique life aspiration and how CFP planners create their financial plan to get there.
WASHINGTON METRO — CONSTRUCTION BARRICADES
As the second largest subway system in the nation, repairs and upgrades at rail stations are a commonplace. The safety barricades were unsightly — plywood painted bright blue which gathered complaints from communities. Metro’s request was a beautification project in which two design options were presented. For the first concept, I created montages conveying the unique features at various stations around the city . The other was produced — it graphically communicates Metro’s commitment to the community and improvements underway.

The industry leader in night vision technologies placed this gate-fold promotional piece in the center of several aerospace and defense publications commemorating their 50-year anniversary. A timeline across the inside spread highlights major milestones of technological achievements and contributions.
LURAY CAVERNS —ILLUSTRATION/DESIGN
The tourist destination requested a design for a custom license plate available to Virginia drivers. I both illustrated the custom artwork and designed the graphic. It was proposed they also use the piece for merchandise in the gift shop.
GEO EYE — BROCHURE
This satellite imaging company provides the highest resolution imagery for customers’ needs. To prove the claim, the brochure was designed to fold out to a poster-sized satellite image proving the amazing level of sharpness and detail.

Along with the detailed image files, GeoEye also provides an enormous amount of data regarding the terrain captured. The data can be for various purposes such as agriculture, surveillance, architecture, and infrastructure development.
